Run-Fast, "The Home of Champions", was born out of one man's absolute obsession with running and everything related to it…
The Run-Fast Founder
The founder of Run-Fast, Peter, is a renowned athletics coach (both domestically and internationally), as well as an IAAF manager, international lecturer, race director and previously president of a London running club.
He is well connected within the England athletics and running club communities, as well as in the Kenyan and Ethiopian athletics communities.
In 2009, when founder Peter was asked by the organisers of the Carpi Marathon to look after two Kenyan athletes whose manager had not accompanied them to the race in Italy.
Having only travelled to support runners from his local club, Peter accepted and was subsequently asked by the athletes if he would represent them in an official capacity.
Word spread fast and soon Peter was inundated with requests from athletes seeking a manager. Knowing this was not something to take lightly, Peter established Run-Fast Sports Management and opened an altitude training camp in Iten, Kenya (also known as the Home of Champions). The team has gone from strength to strength and Run-Fast represents more than 50 international distance running athletes, who have won races from 5km to ultra-marathon.
A company like no other, Run-Fast has expanded beyond sports management and now comprises London’s largest independent running store, training experiences hosted in the UK and abroad and is the driving force behind the Amba Hotels City of London Mile race.
Our passion for athletics is at the heart of everything we do, from our London running community to the podiums of the world’s greatest races.
